Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support and execute day-to-day office management
  • Inhouse accounting, bookkeeping and tax management (both in Hong Kong and mainland China)
  • Lead business development activities with clients and prospects (key regions – Hong Kong, mainland China and Europe)
  • Prepare invoices and cheques, chase overdue payments and input account payable entries
  • Prepare agreements, documents, reports and correspondence
  • Maintain customer relationships
  • Develop and maintain an efficient filing system
  • Handle staff expenses, travel itineraries, flight tickets, hotel accommodations and visa arrangements.
  • Maintain payroll and other paperwork
  • Perform work related errands as requested, such as banking, delivering tender submissions, cheque collection, etc.
  • Support marketing and social marketing activities
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
  • Coordinate marketing and social network activities

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience with Quickbooks
  • Customer relations experience
  • Experience in engineering/construction services companies
  • Experience with social media for business

Technical Skills:

Required Skills:

  • HD/Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline
  • Fluency in English and Chinese Mandarin (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Spanish, Italian or French
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • At least 2 years accounting/bookkeeping and administration experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint
