AEE has delivered a comprehensive set of sustainability services for the renovation of Chinachem corporate headquarters in Nina Tower, Tsuen Wan. As a part of a multidisciplinary team, AEE has worked extensively with various Chinachem departments in order to finetune the sustainability performance and wellbeing policies and practices and ensure seamless integration with the Client’s operations.
Project Introduction
As Chinachem underwent a modernization of its operations, it was important that the corporate headquarters reflect the values and mission of the company. Sustainability plays a key role in Chinachem’s philosophy as does wellbeing of both employees and clients. The project brief set the highest standards of sustainability performance and the highest target certification levels for both BEAM Plus and WELL and AEE led the team efforts in delivering that.
