Project Introduction

Renowned Hong Kong architect Leigh & Orange had a planned relocation from their old head offices in Oxford House to a new space on 7th and 8th floor of Dorset House in Tai Koo Place. The new office is nicknamed Living Studio. The project reached beyond the typical scope of works of office fitouts as L&O’s commitment to sustainability set ambitious environmental goals in front of the project team.

Living Studio achieved the highest level of distinction for green interior fit-out projects – BEAM Plus Interior Platinum certification. This was a result of the strong commitment in sustainability leadership by Leigh and Orange as well as the joint efforts of the project team. AEE provided engineering and sustainability services that elevated the project into the highest echelon of green projects in Hong Kong.
