As part of our ELV services offering, AEE provides design of security installations. Security design includes critical security measures for working and non-working hours, closed-circuit television (CCTV), access control, and an overall security process for routine and emergency situations. The security process includes security levels, access control matrixes and security guides for end users and facility management.
Security systems can vary in their scope and sophistication as well as relevance to different projects. In the case of commercial office spaces, especially financial services, comprehensive security solutions are critical due to compliance requirements and elaborated data and physical access structure. AEE’s approach includes identifying the business problems and needs, selecting the technology most appropriate to resolve the identified business problems, conducting value engineering, incorporating the security installation design with other building services and ELV services design, supporting architectural and interior design, delivering procurement documentation and overseeing construction and installation works until final completion and testing and commissioning.
